Welcome to Awesome, a mobile app operated by We Love You Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect your information
when you use the Awesome mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and any related
services (collectively, the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this
Privacy Policy.
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and using it only in ways that
honor your trust and support our mission of spreading kindness through clean, family-friendly
content.

4. Kindness Koins and Charitable Use
Kindness Koins are in-app tokens earned or purchased by users and donated to verified
charities. Each Koin is worth $0.05 and cannot be cashed out or used for personal purchases.
They exist to promote charitable giving and social good, not as a currency or financial
instrument.
We may share aggregate data with our corporate donors to demonstrate how their donations
are being amplified by our users’ generosity. No PII is disclosed without consent.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your PII. We only share your information:
● With third-party service providers who help operate the App (e.g., payment processors,
hosting services)
● With parent/guardian if user is under 18
● When required by law or to respond to legal requests
● To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Foundation or others

6. User-Generated Content and Safety
All videos are reviewed and approved before publication. Videos reported by users are removed
from public view pending further review.
We do not allow:
● Profanity, hate speech, explicit or violent content
● Inappropriate clothing or behavior
● Misuse of copyrighted music or third-party content without permission
All content must be family-friendly. Users may be banned for violations at our sole discretion.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and app analytics to:

● Help distribute user rewards (like Kindness Koins)
● Serve relevant features or promotions

Awesome is family-friendly and open to all ages. However, users under 18 must have a
designated parent/guardian contact and cannot enter giveaways or receive prizes without
verifiable parental consent.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of major
changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
